Wave & Selective Solder

We currently have two wave solder machines. One machine is dedicated to RoHs compliant assemblies and the other used for traditional processes that contain lead (Non RoHs compliant). We also have in-line washer with De-ionized waters system.

We also use an ERSA 450 Selective Solder machine for mixed technology (SMT & Thru-hole mix) assemblies. The ERSA 450 has dual pots and can do both traditional soldering and RoHs (lead-free) soldering.
